Mon activit\u00e9 int\u00e9grait \u00e9galement l\u2019\u00e9valuation neuropsychologique des fonctions cognitives, \u00e9motionnelles et comportementales \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un entretien clinique et de la r\u00e9alisation de tests.<\/p><p>D\u2019autre part, j\u2019occupais des fonctions de \u00ab\u00a0case manager\u00a0\u00bb et j\u2019accompagnais des adultes c\u00e9r\u00e9brol\u00e9s\u00e9s qui souhaitaient se r\u00e9ins\u00e9rer professionnellement. Cela n\u00e9cessite une \u00e9valuation globale de leur situation (aux niveaux professionnel, familial et personnel, social), une analyse de leur projet ainsi que l\u2019assurance de son ad\u00e9quation avec leurs difficult\u00e9s. Par ailleurs, mon r\u00f4le s\u2019inscrivait dans un accompagnement global, qui se traduisait par la mise en place de moyens de compensations dans la sph\u00e8re personnelle et professionnelle, par la sensibilisation de l\u2019entourage et par un r\u00f4le de pivot, cr\u00e9ateur de lien entre les diff\u00e9rents partenaires du sanitaire, du m\u00e9dico-social et du social, avec qui je travaillais en \u00e9troite collaboration.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
